Attorney & founder

Before law school, Sam worked as an electrical engineer in nuclear power and custom machinery. He graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and practices real estate, probate and business law in Georgia and Tennessee.

Former Chair, Tennessee Bar Association General and Solo Practice Section. Volunteer with Bridge Refugee Services. Published author and speaker on real estate and law office management.

Davis Jones

Associate attorney

Davis handles the firm's real estate title work. He graduated cum laude from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in 2020 and is licensed in Georgia and Tennessee.

Wanda Sear

Office & client support

Wanda is an Emory University graduate and was formerly Director of Health Information Management at Erlanger Medical Center. She keeps files moving and clients informed.

Rooted in the Tennessee Valley

Our office is in Ringgold, a few minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We serve land owners in seven Northwest Georgia counties and Hamilton County, Tennessee. We are also a Green Spaces Chattanooga certified business.
