Sam Gowin has been solving land problems since 2011.
An engineer by training (Georgia Tech) and a lawyer by trade (UGA School of Law), Sam practiced commercial litigation in Atlanta before opening his Ringgold office. He has served as a temporary judge in Hamilton County General Sessions Court.
